To the home saving angel
I gave this letter a lot of thought before I started writing but then as I sat over my keyboard I began to cry as I recalled all the dreadful emotion that overwhelmed me for such a long time before your company saved not only my home, but my family as well. After my husband left more than a year ago I had no idea how I would ever afford my mortgage payment, especially after my interest rate nearly doubled and Wachovia refused to do anything but ask for money. The things you were able to accomplish were nothing short of a miracle and I am forever grateful. I can finally feel confident that my children will continue to have a place we call home and because of you, my faith in humanity has never been stronger. At times I was not sure if I'd make it but throughout the entire process, you were there to hold my hand and were even be my shoulder to cry on (as much as anyone can be through the phone J). I only hope that there is something I can do to repay you for everything you have done for my family when no one else could.

I felt impelled to write this letter and thank everyone at your company that worked so hard to save my family's home. The stress I was under trying to keep a roof over my family's heads seemed to build up to the point that it was unmanageable so I can't thank you enough for reliving us of those feelings by helping us restructure our home loan which included wiping off our 6 months of missed mortgage payments and making our mortgage payment much more affordable. I would have never thought it was possible to convince Litton loans to lower our payment by nearly $1,000 a month, especially after all the headache the bank gave me but you did it and I am forever grateful. With all the negativity in our world, it's great to know that there are still people who really want to help and follow through with what they say. It was a scary situation to find one's self in but I was thankful to have your company on my side.

I wanted to write this letter to your company because you helped me keep my home when I had no hope left. I work in the fields and work was slow, so I fell behind on my house payments and could not catch up. When I called Aurora, they only wanted to break up what I owed over 6 months which actually made my payment even higher which I knew I could not afford. I got a post card in the Mail from you guys that said you could help. When I called in you guys said that you could help too. It only took one month and Aurora sent me a packet in the mail with a new mortgage payment that was $450 less than my original payment. They erased 19,000 from what I owed, my wife opened the letter and she came running in the room screaming and crying that we could stay in the house. I thank you for everything you guys have done.
